Part of the Soft Group, Diamantine is owned and operated by the Kabbaj family. Across all our companies, we believe in a thriving healthy community and operate with a skilled highly educated workforce.

Textile production has long been part of the fabric of Moroccan culture and we are proud to preserve these skills and employ the next generation of creatives that sustain Moroccan craftsmanship. To support the local community we complete all stages of production from textile manufacturing to dying and handcrafts using local artisans.

Beyond supporting the local creative and manufacturing community we believe that it is the role of business to have a positive lasting impact on the community. Across Morocco, the Soft Group, through the Fondation Amine Kabbaj, has been involved in the construction and development of medical and surgical care units. To date, 11 facilities have been completed and handed over to the Ministry for Health.

Diamantine is proud to employ directly from the local skilled community, to do its bit to help preserve Moroccan crafts and fund essential infrastructure that promotes health and well-being across the country.
