RETURNS

Please note, if you use this service £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage costs.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Miss Diva will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the returns period, you will receive a Credit / Gift Card.

We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where the original Miss Diva swing tag is firmly attached. Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) box supplied. All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package.

Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.
